How do donors cancel their own recurring donation?

  1. Ask your donors to login to your site using their unique username (email) and password.
  2. Once they are logged in, have them navigate to the "My Recurring Payments" page.
  3. From the list of recurring payments, have them click on the recurring payment that they'd like to cancel.  ('Recurring you choose' will be replaced with whatever the name of your organization's recurring donation was named.)

  4. Have them click the 'Cancel' button.  Optionally they can select 'Modify' to decrease (or increase) their donation amount.
