Ask the question 'How did you hear about us?' on your checkout pages to track how donors have been referred to your organization.
This feature can be enabled in Settings & Admin > Accounts
Will enable the 'How did you hear about us?' field on your checkout pages.
A list of options that a donor will be able to choose from
Enable the 'Other' option in the list of dropdown options. If selected, a text field will appear allowing the donor to enter their own referral source
Referral source is tracked on donor accounts and on orders
You can also filter and export accounts and orders based on the referral source
